JTS Enterprises, LLC (“JTS Enterprises,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is pleased to offer an Autoship Subscription Program for its Stallop Formulas products.

When you choose to enroll in a Autoship Subscription Program for any Stallop Formulas product (the “Product” or “Products”), the following Terms and Conditions apply.

1. Stallop Formulas Account

You must have an account, a valid email address, a credit card and/or debit card, and a shipping address within the United States to participate in the Autoship Subscription Program.

2. Initial Autoship Subscription Placement

When you initially place an Autoship Subscription order, JTS Enterprises will forward that order to our warehouse for processing on the same day (or the next business day, if the same day is a weekend or holiday). 

3. Delivery Frequency for Subsequent Orders

You have the option to set your order fill frequency to deliver every 30, 60, or 90 days. Please consider our shipping policy (click here to review) before selecting the order fill frequency. In any case, if a subsequent order is scheduled for a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, then the order will be processed on the next business day. You have the option to set up multiple Autoship Subscriptions with different order fill frequencies. Each Autoship Subscription will be assigned a unique Autoship Subscription Number on our Website. All product(s) associated with a specific Autoship Subscription Number must have the same order fill frequency.

4. Notifications for Subsequent Order Placements

An email will be sent to you 48 business hours prior to the automatic placement of each subsequent order and the forwarding of that order to our warehouse for processing. With this email, you will be notified of the estimated price of the order and of any products that have been discontinued, updated due to a formula change, and/or are temporarily out of stock. If you wish to make any changes to individual order, please log into your account and make your desired changes within this 48-hour window.

5. Autoship Subscription Order Amount

Your Autoship Subscription orders’ final total price may vary due to changes in product prices, sales tax rates, shipping prices, and/or your selected shipping method (standard vs fast-ship). Your order total will include:

• Sales tax, as and if applicable

• Shipping and handling costs, if applicable

Prices for the Products available under the Autoship Subscription Program are based on the current price as of the date that an order is filled. This means that product prices are not locked in and are subject to change before your subscribed order is filled.

6. Autoship Subscription Order Payment

The credit card you used to place your initial Autoship Subscription order will be charged until you cancel your Autoship Subscription order or modify your credit card information. Subsequent orders will be charged the day the order is placed and forwarded to our warehouse for processing.

If your credit card is declined at the time of a Autoship Subscription order placement, your order will not be placed; you will be notified that your Autoship Subscription payment has failed and you will need to update your credit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your Autoship Subscription order will be processed. To update your credit card information, you can go to your “My Account” section and click “My Autoship Subscriptions.”

Credit Card and Debit Card payment will be the only valid payment types accepted for Autoship Subscription order payment. Store Credit, Gift Certificates, Checks, PayPal, and Bill Me Later will not be accepted.

7. Changing Autoship Subscription Orders

Ongoing Autoship Subscription shipments will be of the same Product or Products ordered by you for your initial Autoship Subscription shipment and will be shipped to the same address you designated in your initial order.

Product Changes:

You may change the Product or Products received as part of your Autoship Subscription at any time by logging into your account: go to the “My Account” section on our Website, log in to your account, and click “My Autoship Subscriptions” and following the prompts for “change subscribed products”.

Shipping Address Changes:

You may change the address to which your Autoship Subscription shipment will be sent at any time by logging into your account: go to the “My Account” section on our Website, log in to your account, and click “addresses”. Pricing may change depending on whether sales tax is charged by your new location and/or whether shipping costs increase or decrease for your new location. Your next scheduled Autoship Subscription order will ship to your new address and will reflect any changed tax or shipping charges.

8. Formula Changes on Autoship Subscription Orders

JTS Enterprises is committed to innovating its Products and from time to time may update a Product’s formula. In the event of such an update, your Autoship Subscription order will for the old Product automatically cancel, and you will receive a notification advising you of the Product change. You will then have the option to re-subscribe for the newly formulated product.

9. Autoship Subscription Program Terms and Cancellation

The Autoship Subscription Program is ongoing, with no termination date. You may cancel your subscription for a Product(s) offered through the Autoship Subscription at any time. If an order associated with your autoship subscription has already been submitted to our warehouse for processing, the cancellation will be effective as of the next scheduled order date after the cancellation has been entered into our system. To cancel your autoship subscription, you may do so through the Website: go to the “My Account” section on our Website, log in to your account, and click “My Autoship Subscriptions” and follow the prompts for view and cancelation of your product(s).

11. Changes to our Autoship Subscription Program

JTS Enterprises may modify, update, or discontinue the Autoship Subscription Program from time to time to reflect changes in our business and practices. We will post a notice on the My Account login page of a change, and you will be prompted to accept the revised terms. If you elect not to accept the revised term, then your subscription will be terminated.
