JTS Enterprises, LLC (“JTS Enterprises,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is pleased to offer an Autoship Subscription Program (“Autoship Subscription” or “Autoship Subscription Program”) for its Stallop Formulas products.
When you choose to enroll in an Autoship Subscription for any Stallop Formulas product (the “Product” or “Products”), the following Autoship Subscription Terms and Conditions apply, as well as the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
1. Stallop® Formulas Account
You must have an account on StallopFormulas.com, a valid email address, a credit card and/or debit card, and a shipping address within the 48 contiguous United States to participate in the Autoship Subscription Program.
2. Initial Autoship Subscription Order Placement
When you place an order containing an Autoship Subscription, your initial order will be placed, and you will receive a notice that your Autoship Subscription has been created. Once the order has been received, JTS will process and ship the order within 1 – 3 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays). Your Autoship Subscription will automatically generate new orders thereafter according to your chosen Autoship Subscription ordering schedule. Each Autoship Subscription future order is subject to product availability at the time the future order is placed according to your Autoship Subscription ordering schedule. You can update, pause, or cancel your Autoship Subscription at any time via My Account → Autoship Subscriptions, if you require assistance you may contact us with any questions or concerns.
3. Maximum Order Quantity for Autoship Subscription Orders
The site-wide maximum order quantity of six also applies to each of your Autoship Subscription orders. If you wish to purchase more than six of a given product on a subscription basis, you must create a separate Autoship Subscription. For more information on the maximum order quantity for products on StallopFormulas.com, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
4. Autoship Subscription Ordering Schedule for Subsequent Orders
You have the option to set your Autoship Subscription ordering schedule to generate subsequent orders:
- (i) every 30 days
- (ii) every 60 days
- (iii) every 90 days, or
- (iv) another schedule set forth on the site
Please consider our Shipping Policy before selecting your Autoship Subscription ordering schedule. If a subsequent order is scheduled for a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, the order will be placed on that day, and JTS will process and ship the order within 1 – 3 business days. You have the option to set up multiple Autoship Subscriptions with different ordering schedules. Each Subscription will be assigned a unique Autoship Subscription Order ID. All product(s) associated with a specific Autoship Subscription Order ID must have the same ordering schedule.
5. Autoship Subscription Order Email Notifications
15 Day Notification
- An email will be sent to you 15 days prior to the automatic placement of each subsequent order generated by your Autoship Subscription. With this email, you will be notified of the estimated price of the order. Your final price may differ from this estimated price, as the price listed in the 15 day notice will not include sales tax, and will not account for any products that are out of stock at the time the order is generated.
48 Hour Notification
- A follow-up email will be sent to you 48 hours prior to the automatic placement of each subsequent order generated by your Autoship Subscription. This email will be structured similarly to the 15 day notification, and serve as a reminder that you may update, cancel, or modify your Autoship Subscription at any time before the order is placed. You may contact us if you need assistance.
6. Autoship Subscription Order Amount
Any product purchased through an Autoship Subscription will be offered at a 5% discount off of the final selling price shown on StallopFormulas.com. If a product is offered at a limited time promotional price, the 5% discount will be taken off of the discounted price shown as “Sale Price”. The total cost of your Autoship Subscription order may vary due to changes in product prices, sales tax rates, inventory levels, and/or your selected shipping method (Standard Shipping vs Fast Ship).
Your order total will include:
- Applicable sales tax
- Applicable shipping costs
- The total cost of all available ordered products
Prices for the Products available through an Autoship Subscription are based on a 5% discount off the prices of the products on the site at the time your Autoship Subscription is created. JTS reserves the right to update product prices and cease offering promotional products at any time in its sole discretion.
Additional discounts may be applied through the use of applicable coupons. If a coupon is valid for a standard one-time purchase, it may be applied to the initial order placed when creating your Autoship Subscription. Only coupons valid for recurring orders may be applied to future orders generated by an Autoship Subscription. In order to apply a coupon to an Autoship Subscription order, contact us with the coupon code and Autoship Subscription number and JTS will apply the discount for you. You may review the section of our Terms & Conditions titled Coupons for additional information on coupons and promotions.
7. Autoship Subscription Order Payment
The payment method used for an initial Autoship Subscription order will automatically be charged for recurring orders generated by that subscription unless a different payment method is assigned.
You may add a new payment method on StallopFormulas.com by logging in and visiting My Account → Payment Methods → Add Payment Method.
To assign this payment method to all existing Autoship Subscriptions, select “Use For Autoship Subscriptions”. If you would like to change an assigned payment method for a particular Autoship Subscription, log into StallopFormulas.com and visit My Account → Autoship Subscriptions, then either click on the hyperlinked Autoship Subscription Order ID, or the “Edit / View Autoship Subscription” of the Autoship Subscription you wish to modify. In the section titled Payment Methods, click Update Payment Method, and select your desired payment method from the dropdown menu, then click Update Payment Method to confirm the change. You may also contact us to make any modifications to your Autoship Subscriptions if you require assistance. Any changes made to assigned payment methods will apply to all future orders generated by associated Autoship Subscriptions.
If the payment method assigned to your Autoship Subscription is declined when it attempts to generate your next order, the order will not be placed, and you will receive an email notification that your order has failed. You may add a new payment method by following the instructions in the preceding paragraph and contact us to attempt to retry a failed Autoship Subscription order. Credit Card and Debit Card payments are the only valid payment types accepted for Autoship Subscription orders.
8. Changing Autoship Subscription Orders
Orders generated by an active Autoship Subscription will contain the same Product or Products ordered by you for your initial Autoship Subscription order, and will be shipped to the same address you designated in your initial order. Any changes to Autoship Subscriptions will apply to all future orders generated by your Autoship Subscription.
Product Changes:
- You may change the Product or Products received as part of your Autoship Subscription at any time by logging into your StallopFormulas.com account and visiting My Account → Autoship Subscriptions, then either clicking on the hyperlinked Autoship Subscription Order ID, or the “Edit / View Autoship Subscription” button of the Autoship Subscription you wish to modify. Any updates to quantities or Product(s) received as part of your Autoship Subscription will apply to all future orders generated by your Autoship Subscription.
Shipping Address Changes:
- You may change the address to which your Autoship Subscriptions orders will be sent at any time by logging into your StallopFormulas.com account and visiting My Account → Contact Information, then clicking “edit” under Shipping Address. After entering your updated shipping address, click the checkbox labelled “Update the Shipping Address for all my Autoship Subscriptions (optional)”, then click “Save Address”. If you wish to change the assigned shipping address of a particular Autoship Subscription, enter your updated shipping address and contact us for assistance.
- Pricing may change depending on whether sales tax is charged in the location of your shipping address. All future scheduled Autoship Subscription orders will ship to the address listed on the corresponding subscription page, and will include any applicable sales tax.
Billing Address Changes:
- You may update your billing address at any time by logging into your StallopFormulas.com account and visiting My Account → Contact Information, then clicking “edit” under Billing Address. If you wish to assign this new billing address to an existing Autoship Subscription, follow the instructions within the preceding section titled Autoship Subscription Order Payment for adding a new payment method and assigning it to an existing Autoship Subscription. Once the payment method has been updated, the billing address listed at the bottom of the subscription page will automatically update to your new billing address. 9. Formula Changes on Autoship Subscription Orders
JTS Enterprises is committed to maintaining a high quality standard for all products available on StallopFormulas.com. If a product no longer meets our quality standards, JTS reserves the right to discontinue the product and remove it from all active Autoship Subscriptions. Feel free to contact us with any questions about formula changes to Stallop Formulas® products.
10. Autoship Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy
An active Autoship Subscription will continue to generate orders based on your Autoship Subscription ordering schedule until it is cancelled. You may cancel your Autoship Subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel your Autoship Subscription and your next scheduled order has already been placed, contact us for assistance, or refer to our Return Policy if your order has already been processed and shipped. To cancel your subscription, log into StallopFormulas.com and visit My Account → Autoship Subscriptions, then either click on the hyperlinked Autoship Subscription Order ID, or the “Edit / View Autoship Subscription” of the Autoship Subscription you wish to cancel. On the Autoship Subscription page, click Delete → Confirm to cancel the Autoship Subscription. You may contact us if you need assistance canceling or modifying your Autoship Subscriptions.
11. Returns and/or Refunds
Our Return Policy applies to any orders generated by an Autoship Subscription.
12. Changes to our Autoship Subscription Program
JTS Enterprises may modify, update, or discontinue these terms or the Autoship Subscription Program to reflect changes in our business and practices. We will notify all users with an account on StallopFormulas.com by email and post a notice on the home page of StallopFormulas.com for a reasonable period of time after such changes have been made. Your continued use of the Autoship Subscription Program following the posting of changes to these terms or the Autoship Subscription Program will mean you accept those changes.
