Yes, JTS Enterprises, LLC still runs and owns Stallop Formulas® Brand after 17 years and it has always been family owned and operated.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
- Add items to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button displayed along with the product description.
- When you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.
- Enter your billing, shipping and payment information as directed.
- Confirm your order by clicking the “Submit Order” button at the bottom of the confirmation page.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DOES STALLOP FORMULAS® OFFER?
When you place an order on our website, the shipping option will automatically default to the $6.99 (standard) option. However, if your order qualifies for free shipping, (any order over $49.99) you will be automatically enrolled in that option. For all orders, you may also select our “Fast-Ship” option (1-4 Business days) for $7.99.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
Stallop Formulas® accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover|Novus, Diners Club. We do not accept checks or money orders as a form of payment.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Stallop Formulas®. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return any item(s), whether used or unused, by mail within 60 days from the original ship date for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including shipping costs).

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
One-time purchases totaling over $49.99 (not including tax) and initial or subsequent autoship orders totaling over $49.99 (not including tax) will qualify for free shipping.

For Autoship Subscriptions, Stallop Formulas®sends emails at the following intervals:
- When you place your initial order
- When your initial and subsequent orders ship
- When your order(s) are delivered
- 15 days before each occurrence of your Autoship Subscription
- 48 hours prior to each occurrence of your Autoship Subscription

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF AN AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTION?
In addition to saving 5% off our everyday low prices, you’ll have the peace of mind knowing that you’ll never run out of the items you regularly use. You’ll be able to select shipping frequencies of either 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days.
HOW DO I CREATE AN AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTION?
When you are viewing a product, you will have the option to initiate a one-time purchase, or select the “Autoship and Save 5%” option. Selecting this option will present you with a schedule choice selection field, where you will be able to select the shipping frequency you desire. After selecting your shipping schedule you can add the product to your cart as you normally would.
HOW DO I MODIFY THE SHIPPING FREQUENCY ON ONE OF MY AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS?
HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO AN ALREADY SCHEDULED AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTION?
When browsing the Stallop Formulas® website while logged into your account, you will be able to add products to an existing Autoship Subscription. Simply navigate to the product’s page and click on the “Add to Existing Autoship Subscription” option. Select your Autoship Subscription from the dropdown and click the gold “Add to Existing Subscription” button. After the product is added, you will be redirected to your Autoship Subscription where you may verify the product has been added.
CAN I CHANGE WHAT DAY MY ORDER(S) WILL BE SHIPPED?
Yes! After logging into your Stallop Formulas® account, navigating to your Autoship Subscription, and selecting the order you wish to modify, click on the “Edit Schedule” button. From there, you’ll be able to select the “next occurrence” (the next time your order will ship). This can be useful if you wish to pause your order(s) for a certain period of time and not indefinitely.
DO I GET NOTIFIED BEFORE EACH SHIPMENT GOES OUT?
WHAT IF AN ITEM IN MY AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTION IS OUT OF STOCK AT THE TIME OF RENEWAL/PROCESSING?
In the rare occurrence that Stallop Formulas® is out of stock of the product that you are set to receive, we may reach out to you to find a suitable replacement. In other situations, out of stock items will not be charged, and will resume upon your next Autoship Subscription processing date.

I'VE FORGOTTEN THE PASSWORD FOR MY ACCOUNT. HOW CAN I RESET IT?
