If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return any item(s), whether used or unused, by mail within 60 days from the original ship date for a refund. You will be fully refunded for the total cost of any product(s) being returned including applicable sales tax. Any applicable shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Any Bundle or Multipack return must include all contained products to be eligible for a refund. You may not return a product purchased through a bundle or multipack without returning the entire bundle or multipack.

No items may be returned after 60 days from the original ship date.

For returns to be processed timely and accurately, please include the return label in the original box and ship via USPS. We ask that you fill out the return shipping label with all requested fields, including the return shipping address and product description. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive your returned item(s) at our returns processing center, and additional time for the refund to process. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser on the original payment method. If you would like to track your return package, you may do so by entering the tracking number (located at the top right hand corner of the shipping label) into USPS.com.
