These Terms of Use are entered into by and between each user (“You” or “User”) and JTS Enterprises, LLC (“JTS,” “we,” “our” or “us”). The following terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any documents expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of StallopFormulas.com (the “Site”), whether as a guest or registered user.
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree or do not want to agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use this Site.
This Site is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older, and reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions. JTS only offers shipping to the 48 contiguous United States, and does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any U.S. territories (i.e., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa), or any other non-U.S. locations. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with JTS and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use this Site. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site to any user for any reason in our sole discretion.
In addition, when using particular services or features or making purchases on the Site, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or policies applicable to such services, features or purchases that may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or policies are hereby incorporated by reference into this Terms of Use.
TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE BY LAW, PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THESE TERMS OF USE CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION REQUIREMENT (see below).

Any information on this website or otherwise obtained from JTS or its representatives (the “Information”) is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended to constitute, nor should it under any circumstances be construed as, medical advice, the practice of any licensed healthcare professional, nor serve as a substitute for the advice or services of a licensed healthcare professional. Neither JTS nor any JTS representative are licensed or registered by any authority to perform healthcare services and do not engage in or offer to engage in the practice of medicine or any other State-licensed or registered healthcare profession or services, such as licensed dietician-nutritionist services. Amendments to Terms of Use
We may change these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately and we will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice on StallopFormulas.com for a reasonable period of time after such changes are made, and by changing the “Last Updated” date at the top of this webpage. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set out in Governing Law and Jurisdiction will not apply to disputes for which the parties have actual notice on or before the date the change is posted on the Site. We encourage you to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms of Use will mean you accept those changes.
Online Transactions
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. All billing information provided must be complete, truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use and may result in cancellation of your order. Prior to accepting an order, JTS reserves the right to request additional information from you to verify your identity and validate the billing information to process your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may, but shall have no obligation to, attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
By confirming your purchase and placing your order at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the products. You may be charged for orders at the time your order is placed. All orders placed on StallopFormulas.com will be processed by JTS Enterprises LLC.
Without limiting the foregoing, JTS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the following situations:
Errors in Billing, Payment or Shipping Information
Some orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which includes, but is not limited to:
- (i) an incorrect credit card or debit card number, expiration date and/or card security value, or information regarding other payment types;
- (ii) incorrect billing information (for example, if the billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record);
- (iii) an insufficient or incorrect shipping address (including street address, city, state, zip or postal code); or any suspected fraudulent information.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Products Shipping Delay or Unavailability
Maximum Order Quantity of Products
You may order a maximum quantity of six of a given product per order. If you wish to purchase more than six of a given product, you must create a separate order to do so. Each bundle or multipack is considered one product when determining the maximum order quantity. For example, six multipacks or bundles may be purchased in one order. This limitation applies to standard one-time orders as well as recurring orders generated by an Autoship Subscription. If a given product is available in multiple sizes, each size variation counts towards the same maximum quantity of six per order. For example, if a product is available in a 60 capsule count as well as a 180 capsule count, each size variation counts as the same product when determining the maximum quantity in a given order.
Resale of Products
The products sold on our Site are intended for personal use only, not for resale. Any resale of our products for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. We will not accept and reserve the right to cancel orders that appear, in our sole determination, to be for resale purposes. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling, such as large quantities, frequent orders, orders by dealers or resellers, or the use of freight forwarding, may be cancelled in the sole discretion of JTS; and JTS has the right to cancel all subsequent orders from any such customers. For purposes of these Terms of Use, “reselling” is defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any products from our site for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of those products with or to a third party.
Previous Fraudulent Order History
JTS may refuse to accept any order, or inquire about such order, for products if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. We also may refuse any orders connected with a previous credit card dispute.
Autoship Subscription Program
JTS is pleased to offer an Autoship Subscription Program (“Autoship Subscription” or “Autoship Subscription Program”) for its Stallop Formulas products.
When you choose to enroll in an Autoship Subscription for any Stallop Formulas product (the “Product” or “Products”), the following Autoship Subscription Terms and Conditions apply:
1. Stallop Formulas Account
You must have an account on StallopFormulas.com, a valid email address, a credit card and/or debit card, and a shipping address within the 48 contiguous United States to participate in the Autoship Subscription Program.
2. Initial Autoship Subscription Order Placement
When you place an order containing an Autoship Subscription, your initial order will be placed, and you will receive a notice that your Autoship Subscription has been created. Once the order has been received, JTS will process and ship the order within 1 – 3 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays). Your Autoship Subscription will automatically generate new orders thereafter according to your chosen Autoship Subscription ordering schedule. Each Autoship Subscription future order is subject to product availability at the time the future order is placed according to your Autoship Subscription ordering schedule. You can update, pause, or cancel your Autoship Subscription at any time via My Account → Autoship Subscriptions, if you require assistance you may with any questions or concerns.
3. Maximum Order Quantity for Autoship Subscription Orders
The site-wide maximum order quantity of six also applies to each of your Autoship Subscription orders. If you wish to purchase more than six of a given product on a subscription basis, you must create a separate Autoship Subscription. For more information on the maximum order quantity for products on StallopFormulas.com, please refer to the preceding section titled Maximum Order Quantity of Products.
4. Autoship Subscription Ordering Schedule for Subsequent Orders
You have the option to set your Autoship Subscription ordering schedule to generate subsequent orders:
- (i) every 30 days,
- (ii) every 60 days,
- (iii) every 90 days, or
- (iv) another schedule set forth on the site.
Please consider our Shipping Policy before selecting your Autoship Subscription ordering schedule. If a subsequent order is scheduled for a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, the order will be placed on that day, and JTS will process and ship the order within 1 – 3 business days. You have the option to set up multiple Autoship Subscriptions with different ordering schedules. Each Subscription will be assigned a unique Autoship Subscription Order ID. All product(s) associated with a specific Autoship Subscription Order ID must have the same ordering schedule.
5. Autoship Subscription Order Email Notifications
15 Day Notification
- An email will be sent to you 15 days prior to the automatic placement of each subsequent order generated by your Autoship Subscription. With this email, you will be notified of the estimated price of the order. Your final price may differ from this estimated price, as the price listed in the 15 day notice will not include sales tax, and will not account for any products that are out of stock at the time the order is generated.
48 Hour Notification
- A follow-up email will be sent to you 48 hours prior to the automatic placement of each subsequent order generated by your Autoship Subscription. This email will be structured similarly to the 15 day notification, and serve as a reminder that you may update, cancel, or modify your Autoship Subscription at any time before the order is placed. You may contact us if you need assistance.
6. Autoship Subscription Order Amount
Any product purchased through an Autoship Subscription will be offered at a 5% discount off of the final selling price shown on StallopFormulas.com. If a product is offered at a limited time promotional price, the 5% discount will be taken off of the discounted price shown as “Sale Price”. The total cost of your Autoship Subscription order may vary due to changes in product prices, sales tax rates, inventory levels, and/or your selected shipping method (Standard Shipping vs Fast Ship).
Your order total will include:
- Applicable sales tax
- Applicable shipping costs
- The total cost of all available ordered products
Prices for the Products available through an Autoship Subscription are based on a 5% discount off the prices of the products on the site at the time your Autoship Subscription is created. JTS reserves the right to update product prices and cease offering promotional products at any time in its sole discretion.
Additional discounts may be applied through the use of applicable coupons. If a coupon is valid for a standard one-time purchase, it may be applied to the initial order placed when creating your Autoship Subscription. Only coupons valid for recurring orders may be applied to future orders generated by an Autoship Subscription. In order to apply a coupon to an Autoship Subscription order, contact us with the coupon code and Autoship Subscription number and JTS will apply the discount for you. You may review the section titled Coupons for additional information on coupons and promotions.
7. Autoship Subscription Order Payment
The payment method used for an initial Autoship Subscription order will automatically be charged for recurring orders generated by that subscription unless a different payment method is assigned.
You may add a new payment method on StallopFormulas.com by logging in and visiting My Account → Payment Methods → Add Payment Method.
To assign this payment method to all existing Autoship Subscriptions, select “Use For Autoship Subscriptions”. If you would like to change an assigned payment method for a particular Autoship Subscription, log into StallopFormulas.com and visit My Account → Autoship Subscriptions, then either click on the hyperlinked Autoship Subscription Order ID, or the “Edit / View Autoship Subscription” of the Autoship Subscription you wish to modify. In the section titled Payment Methods, click Update Payment Method, and select your desired payment method from the dropdown menu, then click Update Payment Method to confirm the change. You may also contact us to make any modifications to your Autoship Subscriptions if you require assistance. Any changes made to assigned payment methods will apply to all future orders generated by associated Autoship Subscriptions.
If the payment method assigned to your Autoship Subscription is declined when it attempts to generate your next order, the order will not be placed, and you will receive an email notification that your order has failed. You may add a new payment method by following the instructions in the preceding paragraph and contact JTS here to attempt to retry a failed Autoship Subscription order. Credit Card and Debit Card payments are the only valid payment types accepted for Autoship Subscription orders.
8. Changing Autoship Subscription Orders
Orders generated by an active Autoship Subscription will contain the same Product or Products ordered by you for your initial Autoship Subscription order, and will be shipped to the same address you designated in your initial order. Any changes to Autoship Subscriptions will apply to all future orders generated by your Autoship Subscription.
Product Changes:
- You may change the Product or Products received as part of your Autoship Subscription at any time by logging into your StallopFormulas.com account and visiting My Account → Autoship Subscriptions, then either clicking on the hyperlinked Autoship Subscription Order ID, or the “Edit / View Autoship Subscription” button of the Autoship Subscription you wish to modify. Any updates to quantities or Product(s) received as part of your Autoship Subscription will apply to all future orders generated by your Autoship Subscription.
Shipping Address Changes:
- You may change the address to which your Autoship Subscriptions orders will be sent at any time by logging into your StallopFormulas.com account and visiting My Account → Contact Information, then clicking “edit” under Shipping Address. After entering your updated shipping address, click the checkbox labelled “Update the Shipping Address for all my Autoship Subscriptions (optional)”, then click “Save Address”. If you wish to change the assigned shipping address of a particular Autoship Subscription, enter your updated shipping address and contact us for assistance.
- Pricing may change depending on whether sales tax is charged in the location of your shipping address. All future scheduled Autoship Subscription orders will ship to the address listed on the corresponding subscription page, and will include any applicable sales tax.
Billing Address Changes:
- You may update your billing address at any time by logging into your StallopFormulas.com account and visiting My Account → Contact Information, then clicking “edit” under Billing Address. If you wish to assign this new billing address to an existing Autoship Subscription, follow the instructions within the preceding section titled Autoship Subscription Order Payment for adding a new payment method and assigning it to an existing Autoship Subscription. Once the payment method has been updated, the billing address listed at the bottom of the subscription page will automatically update to your new billing address. You may contact us if you require assistance.
9. Formula Changes on Autoship Subscription Orders
JTS Enterprises is committed to maintaining a high quality standard for all products available on StallopFormulas.com. If a product no longer meets our quality standards, JTS reserves the right to discontinue the product and remove it from all active Autoship Subscriptions. Feel free to contact us with any questions about formula changes to Stallop Formulas® products.
10. Autoship Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy
An active Autoship Subscription will continue to generate orders based on your Autoship Subscription ordering schedule until it is cancelled. You may cancel your Autoship Subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel your Autoship Subscription and your next scheduled order has already been placed, contact us for assistance, or refer to our Return Policy if your order has already been processed and shipped. To cancel your subscription, log into StallopFormulas.com and visit My Account → Autoship Subscriptions, then either click on the hyperlinked Autoship Subscription Order ID, or the “Edit / View Autoship Subscription” of the Autoship Subscription you wish to cancel. On the Autoship Subscription page, click Delete → Confirm to cancel the Autoship Subscription. You may contact us if you need assistance canceling or modifying your Autoship Subscriptions.

JTS Enterprises may modify, update, or discontinue these terms or the Autoship Subscription Program to reflect changes in our business and practices. We will notify all users with an account on StallopFormulas.com by email and post a notice on the home page of StallopFormulas.com for a reasonable period of time after such changes have been made. Your continued use of the Autoship Subscription Program following the posting of changes to these terms or the Autoship Subscription Program will mean you accept those changes.
Pricing and Payment Policy
Products displayed on our Site are available while supplies last. JTS has no obligation to provide a certain product or maintain product availability for any reason, regardless of any past practice of JTS or otherwise. JTS reserves the right to determine which products it sells, for how long and at what price, in its sole discretion. The prices displayed on our Site are quoted in US dollars and are valid only in the United States. JTS reserves the right to update and make corrections to information on our Site at any time and without warning and to the fullest extent permitted by law will not be held liable for any inaccurate information or for any information that has been omitted from our Site. Price and availability information are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is collected on total products ordered from and/or delivered to those states requiring sales tax. Some states also require us to collect sales tax on shipping charges.
Acceptable Forms of Payment are: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or such other forms as we may post on this Site from time to time.
Price Definitions and Promotions
As used on our Site, “Retail Price” is the Suggested Retail Price (or “SRP”) indicating the price at which the product is suggested to be sold. “Your Price” refers to the price at which JTS is offering the product for sale on the Site. “Sale Price”, if any, is a limited time promotional price for the product, and may be changed at any time in our sole discretion. Any products purchased through an Autoship Subscription will receive an additional 5% discount off of the price offered on StallopFormulas.com at the time the Autoship Subscription order is created. Any products with limited time promotional prices may be purchased on a subscription basis, and will receive the additional 5% Autoship Subscription discount.
Bundle Pricing
JTS may provide a price discount if a customer orders a “bundle” of products. Bundles currently offered on the Site, if any, are available on our Deals and Promotions page. The price of this bundle and the underlying products are subject to change at the sole discretion of JTS. If you purchase a bundle and request a return, and JTS determines in its sole discretion that this return has complied with its Return Policy, then the refund you receive, if any, will be based on the bundle rate as offered at the time of purchase. Any Bundle or Multipack return must include all contained products to be eligible for a refund. You may not return a product purchased through a bundle or multipack without returning the entire bundle or multipack.
Promotional Materials
Occasionally, JTS may offer promotions through e-mails, catalogs, mailings and advertisements. Once you sign up and consent to receive promotional materials from JTS, from time to time you may receive e-mail promotions and other offers. To receive notice of our promotions, please sign up for our newsletter by filling out the form located on the bottom of our homepage. If you would like to receive more specific promotional materials, you may sign up to receive alerts for product bundles, multipacks, and other product promotions by visiting the Deals and Promotions page. By signing up to receive promotional materials, you consent to have JTS store your email address in our customer database for future communications. Once you sign up, you may opt out at any time.
Coupons
Coupons and promotional codes provided to you are for your individual use only. You may not transfer, reproduce, trade, offer for sale, publish or otherwise share the Company coupons and promotional codes unless the terms of the coupon or promotional code expressly allow you to do so. We reserve the right to cancel orders when we have reason to believe that any coupon or promotional code is being used by someone other than the intended recipient, or in the case of suspected abuse, misuse or fraud. We reserve the right to terminate a coupon or promotional code offering at any time and/or set expiration dates for such offers at any time and in our sole discretion. Coupon codes and promotional codes are not valid on prior purchases. Coupons offered for standard one-time orders will not be applicable for recurring orders generated by an Autoship Subscription and coupons offered for recurring orders generated by an Autoship Subscription will not be applicable for standard one-time orders. To apply a coupon to an active Autoship Subscription, contact us with the coupon code and Autoship Subscription number, and JTS will apply the discount for you.
By using our Site, you acknowledge and agree that excessive abuse or misuse of promotional codes and other promotions may result in cancellation of any order or suspension or termination of your account. JTS may restrict redemption of promotional offers to one per person, per household, per email, per IP address or per order for any reason. Promotional codes are limited in nature. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise shared. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason.

Out of Stock Items
If your item is out of stock, you may contact us for information on when we expect your item to be available. JTS does not back order products, and there is no guarantee and JTS makes no warranty whatsoever that any product will be available, or will not be discontinued, at any time.
Product Warranties
All products sold by JTS are manufactured and formulated by third parties. JTS is a reseller and distributor of those products. Any warranties regarding the products offered for sale through this Site are solely those of the manufacturers, and JTS shall have no responsibility for and disclaims all warranties and liability related to any manufacturer or warranties provided by such manufacturer.
Prohibited Uses of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate JTS, a JTS employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses associated with any of the foregoing).
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm JTS, or expose us to liability.
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Site.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site.
- Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Site, or for any other purpose not expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, without our prior written consent.
- Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site.
- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
- Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
- Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.
Accessing the Website and Account Security
You are required to establish an account on this Site in order to take advantage of certain features of the Site, such as utilizing Autoship Subscriptions to purchase products on a subscription basis, and faster checkout. If you provide information on the Site, you agree to
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site, and
(b) maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete to the extent the Site facilitates such updates.
If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or JTS has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, JTS has the right to suspend or terminate your account and prohibit any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof) by you.
IMPORTANT IF YOU HAVE US CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT: If you call us to place an order rather than accessing the website, and you direct us to create an account for you, you hereby confirm that you expressly have authorized us to create this account for you. While we will use good faith efforts to correctly enter this information, errors may occur. Once we create an account for you at your direction, YOU are responsible to log in and confirm the accuracy of the information we have entered on your behalf. You further expressly agree that if you fail to either review this information and/or to advise us inaccuracies, to the fullest extent allowed by law, you release us from any and all liability for any such inaccuracies.
You will create a username and password while completing the account registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username, password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username, password or account. You agree to
(a) immediately notify JTS of any unauthorized use of your username, password or account or any other breach of security, and
(b) ensure that you log out and exit from your account at the end of each session.
You agree to be responsible for all charges resulting from the use of your account on the Site, including charges resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to your taking steps to prevent such occurrence by changing your password and notifying JTS. We encourage you to not use your password for your StallopFormulas.com account for other accounts you have or may hereafter establish.
We have the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, JTS may deny you access to the Site and/or terminate or disable your account for any or no reason, in JTS’s sole discretion.

Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, other intellectual property and materials, including page headers, images, text, illustrations, formats, logos, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips, software and written and other materials, including the compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of any of the foregoing, on our Site (collectively, the “IP”) are owned, controlled or licensed by JTS, one of its affiliates or by third parties who have licensed their materials to JTS’ manufacturers and distributors, and are protected by U.S. and/or international trademark and copyright laws. You may access, view, download, and print the IP and all other materials displayed on our Site for your personal, non-commercial use only; provided, however, that you
(1) retain all copyright, trademark or other proprietary designations contained on all IP;
(2) do not modify or alter the IP in any way; and
(3) do not provide or make available the IP to any third party in a commercial manner.
No license, right, title, or interest in any materials or software is transferred to you as a result of your use of our Site or your accessing, viewing, downloading, or printing of the IP. Certain trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos used or displayed on this Site are registered and unregistered trademarks, trade names and service marks of JTS and its affiliates or other related parties. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JTS, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your Testimonials and Comments, any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Site and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction).
Arbitration
To the fullest extent permitted by law, at JTS’s sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or use of its Site, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Absent JTS’ election to arbitrate a dispute, any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States located in the City of Newark, County of Essex or the courts of the State of New Jersey, located in the County of Monmouth, as applicable. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts
Waiver and Severability
No waiver by JTS of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of JTS to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms of Use are deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Use shall continue to be fully valid, binding, and enforceable. When used these Terms of Use, the term “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other document incorporated herein by reference, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and JTS regarding the Site and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
